Reiki 1 Workshop
The Reiki 1 certification workshop introduces participants to the fundamentals of Reiki healing. Topics covered include energy basics, hand positions, and techniques for self-healing. Participants will also learn about the history of Reiki and receive attunements to open their energy channels. The workshop combines theory, practical exercises, and discussions to provide a comprehensive understanding of Reiki at the foundational level. Upon completion, participants will receive a Reiki 1 certification.
