The intention of a full moon gathering is to honor and connect with the sacred life energy that lives within all of us and to practice manifesting our heart’s desire into our daily experience.

What to bring :

Bring a mat , blanket and pillow to create your most comfortable space for the sound bath and meditation portion. You can also bring your crystals to the circle .

Tea, coffee , water and snacks will be provided !
